How to help us

Our project requires a combined effort to be a success and move forward.

In this section you will find several alternatives of how to help us, for example.

Adopt an animal

We have to give an opportunity to those who are already born, to those that are locked up, to those whom this society has labelled as “unwanted” and to those who are fearfully waiting in a cage somewhere.

Sponsor an animal

If you cannot adopt but would like to help and have direct contact with the rescued animals, you could sponsor one of them. Sponsoring an animal means sharing your life with the animal when your personal situation does not allow you to take him or her home with you.

Be a host family

Being a host family means taking care of an animal in need temporarily, while passing a quarantine, while curing from injuries, or just until we find a permanent home the animal. We will manage the adoption and in the meanwhile we will pay for the veterinary expenses, food and transport costs.

Work as a Volunteer

For us, as for any organisation dedicated to the defence of the animals, your support is fundamental.

You can help us out in areas such as computing, typesetting, translation, masonry, handiwork, electrics, gardening and publicity.  Or, alternatively, areas more directly associated with the animals, taking them to the vet, taking them out for a walk, bathing or playing with them. All assistance is important, even if you do not have experience. We and all the animals in our care will greatly appreciate your help.

Become a partner

The animals that we rescue always incur some high economic costs and the sanctuary-school does not receive any administrative subsidies. For a monthly donation that costs less than one cinema ticket, you can become an active part in the recuperation of the animals within our care and give them the second chance that the most disadvantaged deserve.
